WHO WE ARE
A space technology company,
not a software vendor
Most property teams run their operation across disconnected tools: one system for contracts, another for payments, a separate app for the locks, and a camera system nobody looks at until something goes wrong. Every gap between them becomes manual work — re-keying tenant data, issuing access by hand, chasing overdue accounts, walking the site to check a door.
EliteSys was built to close those gaps. We develop the management platform, the smart lock and access hardware, and the AI surveillance layer ourselves, so a lease, a payment and a door permission are part of the same workflow rather than three systems that need to be reconciled. That is what lets a single team run more sites, with fewer people on the floor and less time spent on admin.

Three principles behind every release we ship
We are a young company, and we would rather be judged on how the product behaves on a live site than on how we describe ourselves. These three principles decide what we build and what we refuse to build.

Designed by operators, built for operators
Our team comes from running space operations, not only from writing software. Features start from a real problem on a real site — a move-in that takes too long, a lock that has to be opened by phone call at 11pm — and are judged by whether that problem goes away.

One connected workflow, not another system to log into
Adding a tool should remove work, not add a login. Every module we release has to connect to what the operator already runs in EliteSys: the lease knows the door, the payment knows the lease, the report knows both.

Software and hardware, developed together
We build the platform and the smart devices in-house. Access rules, firmware behavior and API contracts are designed as one system, so we can fix an issue end-to-end instead of forwarding it to a hardware supplier.

We build a space operations platform and the smart hardware that goes with it. The platform covers customers, bookings, contracts, billing, payments, move-in and move-out, maintenance and multi-site reporting; the hardware covers smart locks, access terminals, face recognition and other IoT devices; the AI layer connects existing CCTV to automated monitoring. All three are designed to run as one workflow.

Our technologies are developed in-house — the platform, the EliteLock range, access control and AI surveillance. That is what allows full integration and project-level customization. Some deployments also include compatible third-party devices where a site already has them.
Student housing and PBSA, rental apartments, self storage, co-working, co-living, commercial and office space, and unmanned facilities. The operating logic is shared; the configuration differs per asset type.
In most cases, yes — through our open API, SDK, webhooks or a project-based connector. What is actually possible depends on whether the other system exposes an API and documentation. We scope each integration before committing to it.
Every implementation starts with a requirement review, followed by platform configuration, data migration, integrations, device deployment, training and go-live. We provide a project schedule after discovery, based on the scope and the systems already in place.
We agree the support channel, escalation path and response expectations during onboarding. Live sites can raise issues through the designated support channel, with urgent operational incidents prioritized first.
Customers retain ownership of their business and user data. EliteSys processes that data to provide the service, and data export requirements are agreed as part of each engagement.
